To provide health care professionals with affordable and accurate information regarding their rights and entitlements when being subjected to Medicare Audits, Professional Services Review and other government regulatory procedures. Having worked closely with high profile QC and Barristers to support several healthcare professionals through their battles and found a niche area of law. Secondly to promote a better, healthier and sustainable healthcare system for all through sound legal advice for both the public through patient advocacy and support for the professionals & organisations providing these services.
Through our journey supporting Doctors and other healthcare workers, we have found that there are various government based processes that may be effecting the abilities of a healthcare profession to do their craft work without influence.
Ultimately, unhealthy, anxious and unhappy Doctors cannot provide good quality care for the general public.
At Platinum, we have opened this new area of law services to support our medical/health professionals through their difficulties to ensure they are able to perform their craft with a sound mind.
